A new school term has just started in here, and we have already had several visits from various universities to inform our students on their application process and programs.

Improve Your Chance of Employment through Coop

You can see from the above list that co-op education is available in most of the programs.

For those who are not familiar with co-op, it is a special mode of education that combines classroom learning with practical work. At the end of every term, students will be evaluated on their:

Work ethics

Teamwork

Work performance

Only those who pass the evaluation will be able to earn the credit for the course.

Through co-op education, students can have a head start working in the industry of their interest and establish social network.

Also, companies usually prefer students who have already proven their abilities within the team during their hiring process.

Unique Programs and Resources

Besides co-op, Brock University also offers certain unique programs based on their available resources.

For example, programs such as Game Programming are not offered in University of Toronto.

Other programs, such as Computing and Business, have a unique combination that renders more practicality and relevance to modern day.

One of the programs in which our students seemed have the most interest is Oenology and Viticulture.

Located in the Niagara region of Ontario, Brock University is surrounded by numerous wineries and vineyards which can provide educational resources for students enrolled in this program.

Of course, other Canadian universities also offer programs with their own advantages. We encourage our students to take some time to get to know these undergraduate programs and make the decision that will be most beneficial to both their career and interest.
