Marketing Manager

$60,000 – $70,000 a year

We is an Ontario Ministry of Education inspected private secondary school. It is located in Toronto, Ontario.  There are different academic departments, including High School/Pre-University (Grade 9 – 12), Language Training, and Student Help Center.

Position Description

We are seeking a creative full time Marketing Manager who will be executing our school’s marketing plan.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the design, development and maintenance of Internet and Intranet sites to manage our school’s Internet presence;
  • Direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments, including conferences, webinars, events etc. to drive the growth of the school’s education partners.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of our school’s develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the student recruitment and services;
  • Implement communication strategies and information programs;
  • Establish distribution networks for student recruitment and services;
  • Supervise and manage communications such as articles, social posts, press releases, videos, animations, graphic design, presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures;
  • Manage school websites, actively optimizing and improving web content to create a dynamic user experience for prospective partners, students, and stakeholders;
  • Build relationships with third party vendors to effectively execute the development of various marketing campaign assets;

 

Qualifications and Requirements 

  • 3– 5 years of experience in Marketing;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Digital Management, Information Technology,  Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields;
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business;
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral, and written communication skills.

 

Language requirement:

 Fluent in English is required. Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese would be an asset.

 

Travel requirement: 

Travel to East Asia countries will be required.
